[問題] 想請問教練職務

想請問一下
棒球場上有沒有一個職務是負責打造球隊體質
但不參與調度 以及場上發生的變動
有人會說領隊 但領隊做的事情有點像經營球隊但不付錢
而且領隊往往會因為考慮預算或金錢 把總教練選的球員沒簽下來
