分紅費用化是上市上櫃這些公開發行的公司才需要,
分紅費用化也不是台灣唯一, 歐美等也都是一樣,
以前有分紅時,資方以分紅為由刻意壓低薪資,
當公司賺錢, 資方又耍手段分年給, 或者越分越少,
