草總自從2007,2008接中信鯨開始，到2013-2014接掌原兄弟及中信兄弟以來，
已經四年年度戰績墊底，2015目前也是如此，
更是中職200勝總教練勝率最低，這到底
是能力問題或是真的悲情呢？
