[問題] 紡織業國外業務的未來

當初誤打誤撞進了這一行，雖然工作內容還算是自己喜歡的，但真的很操，請問版上的學
長姐們有人了解這行工作個幾年後薪資大約會調多少嗎？目前入行未滿一年，底薪月3xk
（公司有上市），但工時超長，覺得自己像廉價勞工。
