[問題] 拿不到離職證明

工作將近兩年的時間，年終卻只領2萬元，所以下定決心換工作。

公司對先前離職的同事一直都不是所謂的好聚好散，
因為見識好幾次，提離職的時候就已經做好了心理準備。
像是特休計算方式是「按比例算」，
