元宵節將至，全台都熱鬧慶祝，「北天燈、南烽炮、東寒單」為全台不可錯過的三大活動。台東市公所舉辦「2015台東元宵民俗嘉年華會‧神采飛羊炸寒單」系列活動，自3月2日起至3月8日止，一連串民俗文化系列活動，並可體驗重頭戲炸寒單的震撼。
