[問題]Z1應用程式自行開啟

我的Z1在按返回鍵時或開啟熱點時常常會自己開啟之前開過沒有完全關掉的應用程式(也
就是按最右邊那個鍵會出現的應用程式)
我的Z1是android4.4.4，不過4.3的時候就有這個問題了，也回復原廠過了
請問這是個案還是通病呢？一直在想要不要去修，感謝
