由於室內跳傘安全性高，而且不需要打開降落傘，所以全程教練都僅是陪伴在學員身旁調整姿勢，不需要將兩個人綁在一起，自主性更高。待飛行時間結束後，只要飄回門旁就可以重返「地面」，穿梭高空與地面僅在毫秒之間，相當有趣。
