明明有排退稅，卻沒海關章？

如題 由於一直沒收到退稅款項 寫信問退稅公司才知我的退稅單上沒有成功取得海關印章 也已過補辦時效(3個月內) 但明明離開機場前 我還花好久的時間排隊排櫃台辦退稅手續
