[請問] 護照到期更換事項

大家好,用了10年的護照即將到期
最後一次出遊時到日本看到許多紀念章就把他蓋在護照後面空白頁
但後來看到新聞這樣似乎有點法律毀損疑慮

想問問換護照時會不會被刁難? 舊的這本我還可以保留嗎?
