[請問] 大樓騎樓下的機車停放非住戶也可以嗎?

某天去逛街 騎著機車
看到某住宅大樓騎樓下都是滿滿住戶機車
剛好有個空位就先停進去了
結果警衛態度很差 且有點看不起的對我們說:妳們不是住戶不要停這邊!!走開
