博斯不轉播中華職棒，難道沒有違約問題嗎？華人衛星電視台執行董事葛樹人表示，博斯
目前與MP & Silva、中職及4支球團都是簽備忘錄，並未正式簽約，因此不播中職並無違
約問題，但會基於道義支付上半季權利金。
