[問題] 勞動節放一天還要補班嗎？

我是做傳統工廠的，平常都是周休二日。

今天是勞動節，但是昨天公司竟然還在問勞動節有沒有人要加班，不過既然是算加班的就算了，雖然我今天照樣給他放假。

但是公司卻說禮拜六要補班，一開始我以為有放就要補班，很正常，但我朋友跟我說這其實可以告了，勞動節放假，禮拜六又補班，有放跟沒放一樣。
