[請益] S3更新4.1.2後問題

請問各位大大
前幾天手機跳出韌體更新通知，是4.1.2，但我更新完，媒體瀏覽一直打不開，拍照正常但就是看不了照片....
直接黑畫面幾妙後就跳回桌面了，有沒有什麼解決方式呢？ 該不會要回到原廠設定吧.... 還請各位幫忙解答，謝謝了！
