〔記者田欣雲／綜合報導〕交通部觀光局初步統計，今年7至8月國人參團赴日本北海道旅遊之團數為1,189團，計有3萬1,328人次，較去年成長一倍，導致旅行團可能面臨無遊覽車可供調度的窘境，據旅行業全聯會反映，估計受影響旅客約400團、12,000人。
