面試一定會被問到上份工作離職的原因
想請問一下
如果只說薪水沒有達到預期的標準 當初因為對公司有熱情所以決定進去
但後來發現薪水還是現實的考量
而且和主管聊過 主管也知道公司薪資存在的問題 但現階段的調整是有困難的
