[新聞] 揮臂速度變慢　林煜清投不出速差

中信兄弟投手林煜清本季到目前為止只拿下1勝，整體內容明顯不如去年，對此投手教練
黃欽智表示，林煜清今年投球揮臂速度變慢，直球速度下降，沒有辦法投出速差，使得螃
蟹球不夠具有引誘性。
