[請問] 曠職該如何扣薪才合法

公司有請時薪制的假日兼職人員 一天的時數是8小時
其中一名5/3.4.10有正常上班
5/11請假(於5月初即先向公司請假了)
5/17.18.24.25.31這些該上班的日子都沒有來 也沒有請假
公司5/17.18兩天一直電話連絡他 他都不接電話(後來直接關機)
