[請問] 租房、坪數落差

我去年12月陪朋友在台中原子街不租一間套房，當初房東的弟弟來做簽約的動作。
我有跟他再確認坪數的問題，因為合約書沒載明坪數（591網站上刊登寫六坪）
他親口說是六坪，當時不疑有他就用$5000/月簽下去了。
結果有一天（大概今年3月）心血來潮一量，換算後只有將近3.5坪！！
