[問題] 關於第三段限水

最早是說5/5要開始第三段限水
然後5/1有新聞說水公司應市議會要求說不停了(文章49749)

可是我今天在信箱收到水公司的傳單說5/5要限水(確定是今天投遞的)
所以現在到底是怎樣?
