[問題] 內轉(調單位)通常需要多久時間?

之前2月多時 得知有機會可以調到其他部門
也跟自己主管及該部門主管談定 表達有意願調部門
(主要也是因為自己本身是約聘
調部門是最快可以轉正職的方式)
那個部門manager要我有破釜沉舟的決心
