[請問] Asus筆電無法設定帳號

剛買一台Asus K455LD 筆電
開機之後必須輸入email註冊帳號
結果卻被說此帳號已經被註冊過
用了另一個信箱也是這樣
但我很確定這兩個信箱沒註冊過
