[問題] 預付卡轉吃到飽 保留門號的問題

替朋友代發也是第一次在本板發文，請多指教與包涵
朋友目前是台哥大3G預付卡，想轉成吃到飽
問客服是說預付卡轉月租要半年後才能綁約
但這個門號用很久了不想換號碼
想請問轉月租可以雙NP解除綁約限制嗎?
