[問題] 中華NP台哥大

請問小弟目前是中華3G門號將在5/26綁約到期，想NP台哥大4G

是不是5/27要先去中華電信營運處辦理NP，辦好之後才能去通訊行攜碼購機？

還是直接去通訊行就可以辦中華NP台哥大了呢？
