[請問] IE彈出視窗都會被導向大陸網站

請問一下各位~
現在我開IE的時候,例如點了台北富邦的網路ATM,
正常的話會彈出一個視窗,要我插入卡片輸入密碼的視窗,
或是點YAHOO會自動彈出我點新聞之類的,
這些彈出視窗現在都會被導入到一個大陸的阿Q笑話吧,
