從關西機場到京都

我知道怎麼坐車!! 只是因為班機時間很不漂亮,抵達已經是晚上8點了,又在暑假旺季出遊, 不知道有沒有人有經驗,在8/10前後從關西機場出關大約要多久? 因為我看到京都的特急最晚是10點...好怕趕不上 @@
