[問題] 請特休沒有全薪？

我任職的傳產家族企業股份有限公司滿一年有特休，但是按照比例換算，這還算合理！

但我第一次請特休1天發現隔月的薪資條上，只有底薪沒被扣，津貼和加幾都改成/30*29
！
