北海道JR列车有无洗手间

正在计划北海道的行程，发现北海道各个城市之间的列车行驶时间都挺长的，不知道车子上面有没有洗手间啊，不然像札幌到函馆这样要坐四个多小时的JR岂不是要被憋死:-|:-|:-| 还有想问下大家Kitaca可以用于道南巴士和札幌地下铁吗
