[問題] 公司這樣扣除對嗎？

不好意思想請問大家

本人公司日前為了符合勞工局的規定，將原本的制度稍加調整，目前有一條我覺得不合理
，但是公司卻有另一番說法，想請問大家這到底是合理或不合理？
