[問題] 台哥大約滿 3G升4G沒有689專案?

各位大家好, 小弟原台哥大3G吃到飽401型合約到4/9 (月繳1100...)
看了版上NP 3G升4G只要$689/月的方案, 甚是心動, 想換4G吃到飽,
但689升級僅限學生及銀髮族, 而且原本就是台哥大也不能算NP(?)

客服是說$1199/月此方案可能比較符合我的需求, 但爆預算..
