[問題] 大眾電信轉移問題

各位鄉民晚安
最近看到了PHS門號的轉移的新聞
想到自己也有個門號
查了一下09682開頭是轉移到亞太電信
爬了一下文，發現有些文說轉門號不受NCC的門號開頭限制，有些說有？覺得遠傳和中華
