池袋到東京迪士尼早上搭車一問!

上網查過 在 搭乘 在 轉搭到達 迪士尼是在早上八點開園 但是從池袋過去舞浜要42分鐘的車程 因為想要提早到達迪士尼 一開園就手刀衝進去 請問的這時間也是通勤尖峰時段嗎?
