請問我為何還沒有收到澳洲移民暑核准信(grant letter)

不好意思,第一次辦簽證所以不太瞭解,搜尋過此問題但還是沒有解決~想請問有沒有遇過此狀況的人能幫我解答謝謝本人在2/8申辦簽證當天上網刷卡完成,2/15以至醫院體檢完成手續,至今仍未收到澳洲簽證的核准信,有上網去查詢進度Status 顯示 Finalised然後grand letter的progress Created letter 點選 View grant letter 裡面卻沒有東西.. 顯示如下:
