一、限制退租期間及資費：24個月；於24個月內須選用699型以上語音資費及行動上網699型上網資費。
二、提前終止契約補償條款：違反語音資費/上網資費之規定時，應支付語音資費/上網資費補償款11500元/6300元，若係退租或被銷號時，應同時支付前述二項補償款，惟該金額得按比例逐日遞減。
