[請問] 請問海膽要怎麼處理?

我以前曾買過海膽 (一盒有5格的那種馬糞海膽)
一買回來是很好吃  很新鮮
但是沒吃完的我們放在冷凍庫
要吃前一晚再拿到冷藏解凍
他就出水 而且腥味很重
