本身茹素(奶素)，不吃韭菜,洋蔥,蔥,蒜.也不喝酒，找了棧上的文章兩遍討論到素食的文章都好多年前了，如下： 請問一下現在西藏的素食狀況有什麼新的訊息?或推薦吃些什麼? 在拉薩地圖上有看到幾個素食餐館,Holy Land Vegetarian Restaurant,善緣素食館,聖地素食館,西藏羮蓮素食餐廳,萬德福素食屋,西藏的素食好像有吃,韭菜,洋蔥,蔥,蒜,這幾家素食餐館奶素者可以吃嗎? 幾本上多年旅行,都儘量自理,不會造成旅...
