[問題] 出國半年，之前辦大省方案，該怎麼處理?

之後要出國讀書半年，之前用的是大省方案好像第一年兩百多第二年五百多的那個，想請

問各位高手，下周電話續約就到期了，這半年應該怎麼做才能讓電話費率到最低呢 >_< ?

在國外可能就打算用LINE 或 SKYPE跟家裡聯絡了，所以不想浪費電話費，還希望各位能幫
