         原則上是這樣沒錯，現在是看路權，而且有可能有"絕對"路權，不要再說什麼
         車禍一定是兩邊都有錯，你的例子是，支線道未讓幹線道車先行，對方要有責
         任，可能就是超速或是未注意車前，但依你的陳述，應該是息事案，所以不會
         有初判，就先依你全責來處理吧。
