東橫inn住宿問題

因為飛機中午就到，想說先去東橫inn難波放行李，因為還沒4點不能進去， 那我這樣算CHECK IN完嗎?因為要晚上10點前check in，我怕我晚上玩太晚。 如果早上退房，那行李可以先寄放在飯店嗎?
