新加坡轉機時間入境問題

我買了新航機票來回雪梨，在新加坡轉機 從雪梨飛新加坡 再轉班機回臺灣 中間有五小時的時間 當初訂機票不知道到可以利用轉機時間入境新加坡。 打電話給旅行社，票已經開了，不能加錢入境。 想請問一下這樣我可以當場在新加坡機場加錢入境嗎？ 或是有別的方式? >< 謝謝
