JAL網站有公告,依據日本民航法規修正,自2014/9/1起,電源開啟時不會發射電波的產品全程都可以使用. EVAAIR的網站公告的電子用品使用規則,根據台灣民用航空法規定在飛機起降時不可使用. 當JAL的航班要從台灣起飛,電子用品使用規則是要以台灣民用航空法為準還是日本民航法規? 民用航空法是只規範國籍航空還是在領空內所有的航空器?
