挪威是台灣最大的鮭魚進口國，光是今年1~7月就進口近6000噸，其實不只對台灣，挪威至今都是全世界最大的鮭魚養殖與出口國，年產量高達120萬噸。位於北歐的挪威，冰冷的海水，提供養殖鮭魚理想的條件，加上養殖科技發達，讓原本高單價的鮭魚，成為當地的家常美食。報導、攝影╱吳孟芳
