由高雄市政府觀光局主辦2014旗津黑沙搖滾節，將於10月11日在旗津海水浴場首度舉辦，以作搖滾、聽搖滾、玩搖滾、呷搖滾和喝搖滾五大主軸，以搖滾的特質來展現高雄人在逆境中堅毅的力量，其中來自沖繩的Spoon de Chop更帶來沖繩民謠結合搖滾曲目的「chibariyo」，以沖繩語的「加油」為高雄加油。
