（中央社記者張榮祥台南22日電）高雄氣爆影響，台南管線瓦斯外洩，警消總是如臨大敵，台電今天未事先申請卻挖斷安南區道路管線，市府立刻開罰3萬元。


台南市消防局上午10時39分獲報，安南區北安路、怡安路及長溪路三叉路口瓦斯大量外洩，上噴一層樓高，馬上派出9輛消防車趕往，且通知瓦斯公司。
