高雄市政府強制截斷中石化管線，引起 中石化反彈；中石化今天表示，截至中午，都沒
有收到高雄市府的正式公文，高雄市府強制切斷中石化管線，已經影響股東權益，中石化
正與法務部門研擬，會積極跟高雄市府反應，以捍衛股東權益。經濟部長杜紫軍也說，管
線埋設屬於地方政府權責，廠商不認同高雄市府作法，可循行政救濟管道申訴。
