小弟在agoda定了10.5定山溪宝留亭第一翠山亭酒店，预订时说酒店有提供往返札幌的免费巴士，但需要提前预订，小弟上周给酒店的email “reservation@jyozankei-daiichi.co.jp”发了英文预约信，但到现在还没回复，请问前辈们该如何预约。（语言不通无法电话联系噢）
