德元埤荷蘭村位於台南市柳營區，由豐富的埤塘及溼地生態環境結合綠地，園內有特地從荷蘭海運引進原汁原味的純風力運轉VAGGS荷蘭風車，仿造名畫家梵谷故鄉，以自然純樸之建築特色，建造了梵谷橋紅磚橋等橋樑。園內於明(25)日開始，使用露營區者收取場地費用。
