實際的內容是什麼出來之前，我覺得至少有一點是中職非常吃虧的：訴訟資源。

商業上有時候就是不想履約，管你有沒有理由就是先主張你違約，反正我先不履約，
開始停止付出跟成本，看你要告我給付違約金還是要要求繼續履約等等之類的，再來
