我們半自助旅遊的嚮導住德國，在5/22由住家經科隆轉火車前往法蘭克福接機時，清晨6點多在科隆火車站內有人拍他肩膀說"你衣服被弄髒了"，領隊放下背包欲查看外套瞬間，那人就把背包搶走迅速跑掉了，包內的蘋果筆電及相機都被搶走，內有他珍貴的照片檔案等，因需接機還不得馬上報案，欲哭無淚!!他說旅居德國30年，從不知連德國的治安也亮起了紅燈。藉此實際案例提醒背包棧友獨行時，無論身居何處都要注意安全防範陌生人呀!!! 下...
