[閒聊] 賣場的身心障礙車位

前天去某家大賣場，停完機車後，發現身心障礙的機車停車格，都被ㄧ般機車停滿了。
同行的朋友看不過去，直接寫了賣場內的顧客意見表。
得到的回覆是，因為是私人停車場，只能道德勸說，並派人協助有需要的人幫忙移車給身心障礙朋友。
想問大家，即使是私人停車場，是否有相關法條可罰?或是有能改善弱勢朋友的方法?
